And it's damn good on you for making that change that you needed! Most people won't do that for themselves because it's
just easier to keep spiraling on downward. Takes some strength to not only realize you need or want the change, but to
actually follow through with it and stick to your guns. I'm clapping for you over here. =D

I know exactly what ya mean with the food thing, too. My family is a bunch of depressed maniacs, and food is
how we cope with just about everything. =

If it helps any with the struggle, I know it works! My sister's been on it and she's dropped 30 or so pounds.

Maybe you can placebo effect yourself? Roll tiny cuts of meat to look like rice?
