Perhaps. But a warrior who relies too heavily on others can forget what it means to stand for themselves. I keep learning that lesson and every time I do I feel I have lost something in the process. If I must be lonely then I would rather be alone. Feeling alone when surrounded by "friends" is worse than being abandoned; at least with abandonment there is no question where you stand.
