Hello lovelies! ^__^ My moniker is Pikurusu (Piku for short), but my real name is Julie. I'm 22 years old and I'm currently still in college studying Graphic Design. Typography is my passion and photography is my hobby. I dabble mostly in film and Polaroid. View my photography on my Flickr.

My favorite thing to do here on Gaia is dress up my avatar. I love collecting new items designing new outfits. I'm a member of a very sweet guild called Kawaii Club where I express my love for all things cute! My home forum is the Gaia Community Discussion, but I spend most of my time playing zOMG.

In case you're wondering, Pikurusu has been my username since I joined Gaia back in 2003. In fact, it's my username on almost every website I use! Pikurusu is the Japanese word for pickles and that's my favorite snack food (yummy dill!). Plus, it sounds really cute. >w<

I admire the people who make avatars hiding the base too, I'm a personal fan of Existencial Existence because of her awesome base-less avatars.
This is, what, my third attempt at these kinds of avatar, though. I think I'll give it a try more often, since I liked this experience xD You should try too! It's like a challenge~ And it's really rewarding when people start to compliment your work x3

Heh, I used to call my collection an harem, but a mod said that was rather inappropriate and I had to change my sig emo But it's totally true, though, I do collect bishie companions, even if I'll never ever use them on an avatar xD
