- Avatar Art: This is my preferred avatar to be drawn. Accessories like the Plumeria Headpiece, the Bonsai Wings twig and the Pearls earrings are optional, but I feel that this is my definitive avatar. (Other than the earrings, it's what I was wearing when I first took on the final boss of zOMG!)
- I do not accept random friend requests anymore. Sorry. I used to, but there's too many requests and my friends list gets saturated with strangers quickly. If you really want my name on your friends list, try being my friend. Really, just talk to me a bit first, I'm not picky. Or you can just go join my fanclub.

Pie the Gaian
New bio coming soon.
Pie the Player
My name's Hilary, but everyone just calls me Pie. I'm a web developer! But not for Gaia.
I did register this account back in 2003, yes. However, I never really got into it at the time. I returned in 2006, and I was surprised to find my account was still here. Since then, I've decided to really make good use of it.
My character on Gaia is very much like a fantasy version of myself, I confess, though she's more polite and cuter than I am. She's this way because I started RPing before I even realized I was doing it. Let there be no mistake, though, she's not me. I'm not so cute as she is.
I do my own stunts. And a lot of graphics while I'm at it.
Got home and the first thing I did was to try and find out which song you did for Volume 8. I guess Ace of Trumps isn't as great as Homefree--at one point I listened to Ace of Trumps for days on end because of the cool noir story I could imagine as it played--but it's also one of the Homestuck songs that left an impression on me! It's such a fun and lively piece that it's so easy to start imagining a journey of flight and adventure from the get go~
This not-very-musically-gifted-person-who-took-too-many-listens-to-just-barely-be-able-to-tell-that-the-opening-bars -of-The Girl in Byakkoya-and-HS-Vol-8's-Serenade-are-not-the-same-thing thinks that you can go places with your music. biggrin Have you done anymore? surprised Also, do you keep a handy list of jazz music to recommend? sweatdrop If you don't, it's all good since I don't mean to take up too much of your time. >.<
I've come to love jazz after discovering this really catchy faux duet, but I've been having trouble finding new music from the genre on my own. I've gone through numbers from some of the legendary jazz singers like Louis Armstrong and Frank Sinatra (with the latter being my favourite so far), but beyond that, all I have on hand is the Midnight Crew album (really contributed to my love for this genre) and a piece I accidentally came across.
Sorry for bringing up bad feelings by mentioning Homestuck there. I didn't know. sweatdrop
But please, let me just shower you with compliments for the Ace of Trumps song!!!!!!!!!!!!! heartheartheartheartheartheart
It's one of my absolute favourite songs in all of Homestuck! It's so mellow, it has a great flow to it, and it's so memorable! I can identify it if it's played anywhere near my hearing range. Thank you so much for making that! I wonder if the Felt arc was your favourite or anything like that. I've been looking forward to it's book form for a while now~
Um, yeah. Just let me know if I'm being ignorantly over-enthusiastic. I'm the type that needs a hint to just shut up a lot of the time.
