Well first, there's different types of English majors.
There's Literature, Creative Writing, and Teaching. Ask your consoler to help out.
The thing with being an in English is that there's a lot of reading, writing, and analyzing. This can be fun if you're really into the work, but if not, it can really suck. You need patience, perseverance, and a lot of time. However, I enjoy it a lot. Only snags I've had so far is my midterm for ENGL 250A because everyone got the books late and I couldn't finish all the readings. However, he may grade it on a curve or give us the chance for some extra credit. Also, now that we all have the books, it should be easier after the break. So, are you on your break? I'm glad you're enjoying your semester. It's always a good thing when you really enjoy your classes. I'm getting sick of French. Really sick of it. I'm going to try to take Japanese next semester.
I think I got accepted to UC Santa Cruz, but I need to check the acceptance email to see if it really is true.
Yes, me and Tam can't get along all that well when it comes to Twilight. We agreed that it's the "forbidden" zone of conversation. We can talk about anything else, we just don't want to thread into the Twilight Zone or else there shall be warfare.
