Well, my mother was a herbal healer. She fell in love with my father who was a skilled vampire hunter at the time. They were married and had myself and my elder brother within a few years.Around my late teenaged years, my father angered an old and very powerful vampire by killing his wife. The vampire took revenge on him by capturing me and turning me. When I awoke from the change, I took on my father's duty and killed the vampire when his back was turned.
