she is a very very rare manager
legit, she's basically the reason i work there
she mentioned moving to another location.....i told her to take me with her lol
its not like she's just buddy buddy with us
she actually gets work done
she does her share
she helps us finish our tasks
she makes me WANT to work there

its definitly different from my past jobs in retail. i work at a maternity clothes shop on the weekend and i absolutely LOVE my boss
but she actually genuinely cares about us sweatdrop
