It helps to have a set goal. I have a lifting competition at the beginning of October so I know I have to be consistent, so I suck it up and wake up at 5 to hit the gym before classes and never miss a scheduled day.
Have a goal with it, something that you really want, and try to set a timeline for it. Also, find a type of fitness you enjoy so it's more of an enjoyable activity than a chore.
