Updating the about me section of Gaia because NO ONE is online to chat, RP or game with. SO! Hi there, my name is Shifty. Not my real name but I don't feel like posting it. Why? because ******** you, that's why. :3 So, about me... Well, I'm 21 years old and possibly an alcoholic already, depending on who you ask. I smoke cigarettes but have yet to meet a person who actually judges me solely on that. I joined the United States Army right after high school and haven't looked back with regret so far. I'm to be promoted to Sergeant and be in charge of 30 year old guys (trollolol) by May or June, 2012 and am looking forward to that pay bump. I'm a Medic who has been in the Cavalry for two years and an Army ER for another two. I'm hoping, before this war for oil (because that's what it's all about kids) is over I'll get to go to the Middle East one more time. Good money in those countries. I've been a Christian all my life and a die hard Republican since I understood politics because, sure the tenants of the Democratic party are nicer to everyone, but I don't believe in giving people everything, especially when they haven't earned it. What's mine is mine you moochers!!!!
Now for the important stuff. I know far more about Star Wars and Warhammer 40,000 history than I do the history of Earth and for good reason. Warhammer 40,000 and Star Wars are both millions of times cooler. When it comes to Warhammer, I'm all about the Imperial Guard and the Eldar. Minus the more gritty details and the whole fighting daemons and aliens, I can relate to a lot of the characters in the IG books I've read, and the Eldar are just a bunch of bosses, yo.
As for Star Wars, the story telling and history is too awesome. Now, I live the movies, but I hate any and all Skywalkers. They ******** whine way too much! I mean, seriously... But you know who doesn't whine? Mandalorians. They don't even get mad. They just get even. Picture the Spartans, raising their children from age 6 in the art of war. Well, Mandalorians start three years earlier. They also don't use lightsabers when a blaster is perfectly useful. With their armor able to deflect even a lightsaber (except when Lucas writes the damn script) and weapons that could bring down a Rancor with hardly any effort, they are by far the baddest mo-fos in the universe. Period.
So, that's me and my opinion in a nut shell. And, uh..... yeah. Kthxbai.
