What's green about Eight? For the record, I am thinking about watching the movie again right now, and that's saying something considering that I have class in about five hours. >.>

Yeah, considering that the BBC is already doing a spin-off with Sarah Jane and K9, it wouldn't make sense for them to team up with Disney to create a separate standalone for K9.

Funny story, the BBC actually tried that with a made-for-TV Doctor Who movie back in 1996. The BBC teamed up with Fox to do this, but sadly, the movie didn't get a high enough rating to justify bringing back the TV show from its 10 year hiatus...which as we all know, lasted until 2005.

What also sucked about the TV movie was that it was the only appearance of the 8th Doctor.

And the intro was nice...but after looking at it a bit on YouTube...it's a bit disappointing. I guess the BBC wouldn't let Disney use the original K9?
