I love all forms of artistry and craftiness, I love to make things and I like making people happy ^^ I'm also a mystic, doing my best to attune myself better with the Divine =) I believe in magic, and use it regularly
I also over-emote when I'm typing on the Internet
I love nature and do my best to protect and preserve it. I recycle and grow an organic garden, I eat organic and local food when possible, I walk or bike everywhere I can.
I'm a closet homemaker: I love cooking and cleaning and taking care of kids and making crafts and gardening. However I hide my house-wifeyness behind general geekery, college and the plan for a career
I'm a firm believer in limited consumerism Basically, if you don't need something, don't buy it. If you agree with the general eco-friendly attitude, come check out my most frequented guild: Neonascence.
I have a beautiful daughter, who was born in February of 2010. She's the biggest light in my life, and makes me smile every day.

I love LOVE love the quote by Mom Teresa!! I was homeless for awhile, and then started a non-profit to help the homeless in my area. It drove me NUTS, people treated them so badly! Most of them would give up a nights shelter, or a days food if someone would just remember their *name* and have the decency and respect to use it! The worst thing was the number of young moms who felt they couldn't go apply for food stamps, or help because if social svc got involved, they would take away their child due to the age of the parent and "not being able to provide properly". It was.... dispicable, and it *killed me*. Eventually i had to let the nonprofit go due to my own health issues, but it was based on priinciples similar to ones you possess.... if you pass one the things you have extra of, or no longer need- you'd be amazed how many people can be cared for appropriately. Loved looking at your profile, (couldn't get the pic of your daughter to load for me) but you sound awesome. What are you studying? Take care!! Celesteheartheart
