Meet Damion Kendrick!



Tuesday, February 23
Damion Kendrick, a graphic novelist living and working right here in Akron, visited our library. He talked about how he creates his stories, and gave tips for writing your own!

We had such a great time, that Damion will be doing a series of workshops for us this summer. He will help everyone start their own comic book pages. Damion is very excited to see what people are working on. We hope you will join us this summer. Dates to be announced...

The Northwest Akron Branch Library is a branch in the Akron-Summit County Public Library system. This page is devoted to the teen customers of that branch, but any teen in Akron who wants to see what we're doing is invited!
