Longtime anime fan - been on Gaia Online for years. It's one of my favorite places to be. Anyway, I'm an artist specializing in Anime, Science Fiction, Fantasy and New Age Art. Work done in all mediums (watercolors, acrylic and oils). Even airbrushing which is really neat (actually worth all the hard work). I do 3D computer art. Still learning the advanced details about that really complex stuff though. Made some good animations. I paint and build anime garage kits when and if time allows for it. I won Best Of Show at A-Kon 12 with my Belldandy model. Won Secend Place in Anime Figures at A-Kon 13 with my Iori Yoshizuki Kit. I enjoy all genres of anime and manga especially comedy, science fiction, mecha, fantasy, games, drama, romance, yuri and yaoi. Also into anime doll collecting especially the really beautiful ones from Volks. I also collect many of the other Asian Ball Jointed Dolls which are great. Love the plushies - they are pratically taking over the house in sheer numbers now. I enjoy playing anime video RPG games on the Playstation and Gamecube/Wii. Especially recomend Tales of Symphonia on the Nintendo system from a few years ago. Like J-Pop and J-TV as well. Still in the process of learning the Japanese Language for the past few years. Then, to top it off I got drafted into running the local anime club meetings. Lots of work, but, I discovered, the many happy returns such as long lasting good friendships is worth more than anything. Now the club is on hiatus due to my Mom passing away last year and my Dad's Cancer this year, but, the friendships continue. That is very important to me. I also go to as many Anime Conventions as much as I can afford to. They are alway fun and a source of insperation.My additional non anime interests are Science Fiction and Fantasy books, TV and Movies. Star Trek, Star Wars and Eureka are favorites. Also, enjoy the German SF book series Perry Rhodan with it huge 2500 books and I have barely read 1% of it all. It may be a lifetime project just to read just half of them. Also into everything about cats. I used to have one for many years that was very close to me always and she mysteriously disappeared back in January '05. It took a me a while to get over that. Also into Astronomy, Physics, Model Building, Anime Clubs, Photography, Making Videos, New Age Healing and Wicca, Earth Sciences, Computers, my Family and my Friends are very important. Then, the most important thing of all is to enjoy life and have fun as much as possible.
