The past week or so I've mainly just been listening to Acid Witch, Kanonenfieber, Warning, and 40 Watt Sun. Also Woods of Desolation and Ellende realllly digging those thanks for the suggestion! Still making my way to Hirakiri for the Sky and Oathbreaker.
Came across Black Breath and from their album covers I assumed they played some sort of black metal. I was very wrong sweatdrop they're good though! I live under a hole so I'm sure they're pretty popular and I'm way late to the game haha.
Oh man I loved Silverstein, My Heroine is still a listen for me every couple of years lol. Never really got into AFI but I was listening to Blaqk Audio yesterday! My favorite band happens to be post hardcore even though I'm not huge into the genre. That band is Thrice (although I must say I am not HUGE on their past few albums nor their newest release...we'll see how the newest album is ). Other ones I like are Blood Brothers, Converge, Escape the Fate (used to LOVE them, totally stopped listening after the first singer left), idk if they count but Fear Before the March of Flames, La Dispute, Scary Kids Scaring Kids was a big one back in the day as was A Skylit Drive. That's what I got on my posthardcore playlist lol.
Honestly, I gave up on the goth playlist for now. I was so obsessed with the deathrock look growing up. I wanted to look that cool so bad hahaha. I've never actually listened to death rock, have any suggestions?
Don't worry about taking a while to respond, sometimes I take a minute too. I'm glad you think I'm cool because I think the same about you wow! biggrin
also getting back into stoner/doom a bit again to chill to
man that's a good pick, excellent song. That whole album is just great.
I actually haven't heard of any of those. Harakiri for the Sky sounds familiar but I don't think I've ever listened to them. I shall give them all a go and let you know what I think 3nodding
What post hardcore have you been listening to lately?
I've been trying to get into darkwave/goth a bit more but there's a lot I don't like sweatdrop
Talk away, my friend! I love learning about music and sharing bands biggrin
(I'm listening to An Unbroken Moment right now and daaaamn I like this mhm)
What about you?
Have any black metal suggestions?
A few bands I really like are None, Coldworld, Elderwind, Alda, Psychonaut 4, mgta....
