21 and honestly I haven't been on the scale this whole month, I just feel bloated as ******** and my jeans that were so baggy are once again tight. I don't wanna say the number because I can't even believe I let myself get so fat. can you give me a range for different weight groups, like 200-250 250-300 350-400? sweatdrop
I'm 5'8, now I'm not very active unless I'm at work standing/being/lifting 50lbs bags of dog food. I try to do yoga every other day, but I've been ill for a month now, stop doing that all together 2 weeks ago, but I'm not giving up on that. I want to lose weight and build my muscles back. I used to play soft ball and volleyball so when I got hurt, 2yrs ago and had to stop I just...gain so much weight. My sleep scheduled is horrible and I barely eat, when I do it's not really the best of things; but in moderation... >.> I had started eating clean, no processed, cooking, but that lasted as long as I ran out and ran out of money to spend.
Okay first off, stomaching vacuuming, does that really work/help? I had a really bad accident at work that destroyed my knee so my doc said low impact exercising and I'm totally like...what, walking? Boring! I 'attempt' a type of yoga that includes dynamic resistance but I know I need more than that; something at home without equipment, really broke now. Dietary wise I know what I need, but exercising, there's so much but I don't want to hurt myself worse in the process. I had lost 17lbs but since I haven't been able to do anything for 2 weeks I've gained most of it back, which pissed me off.
