Hello! Hello! And welcome to my lovely little corner of gaia bandwidth.

My name is Nesting Comments and I've been on gaia for nearly seven years now. A friend got me to sign up, but I've only become active in the last three years or so. I'm always questing for a demonic scarf. They're awesome... and outrageously expensive, so feel free to donate. ;]

Anyways, I am a girl. I'm twenty. My birthday is in April. I'm caucasian, American, and a sophomore in college. I also work part time in a bookstore. I like playing on the computer, designing webpages, reading, and drawing. I'm not very fond of chat-speak, rabid illiterate fangirls, and/or psycopaths.

I spend most of my free time reading, mostly fantasy books. I love Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card, Road of the Dead by Kevin Brooks, The Blue Sword by Robin McKinley, Lord of the Rings by JRR Tolkien, and the Old Kingdom Trilogy by Garth Nix. I enjoyed Twilight, but wasn't terribly fond of the sequels.

I used to watch a little anime and read quite a bit of manga, but lately I'm only following two manga series, Kekkaishi and Case Closed. In the past I've liked the Fullmetal Alchemist, Ghost Hunt, Kiddy Grade, Yu Yu Hakusho, and Bobobo-bo anime. When it comes to manga I really liked Count Cain and Rurouni Kenshin, in addition to what I'm reading now.

My favorite movies are Little Miss Sunshine, Shawshank Redemption, Sahara, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Professional, Lord of the Rings, Ghost Rider, and The Departed. I really like Psych, Bones, and Supernatural, though I'm not up to date on them. I do follow Torchwood and Doctor Who with some regularity.

When it comes to music I mainly listen to classic rock and alternative. I do occasionally listen to country and classic, but I hate rap. I really like Lynyrd Skynyrd, Muse, Debussy, CCR, Blue Oyster Cult, Darling Voiletta, Blue October, and Sara Bareilles.

I mainly post in the zOMG! Forum, the GCD, or Entertainment Discussion.

I'm single, but I prefer to find my guys in real life.

I have changed my gaianame once. In October 2008 I went from ateenangel to Nesting Comments. It was about time I changed it. I'd picked out ateenangel when I was ten. -.-;

I only know one gaian in real life, but we haven't talked in forever.
