They are. I love all their albums.
I can't even begin to recommend one. Maybe Natural Born Chaos and A Predator's Portrait are good places to start. Heck, even Steelbath Suicide.
Sworn to a Great Divide is one of the last albums I would recommend, though. Not that it's bad, but it misses Peter Wichers.
The early stuff is, dare I say it, heavier, though there is a lot of diversity within each album that every album has a little bit of everything they've done.
lol XD it makes a complete altered change! my fave songs are traveling without moving , soul education, where do we go from here?, mr moon and oh god radio XD i love them all though tbh ^^
Interesting! I've followed Soilwork for a couple of years now, but I never knew about Disarmonia Mundi.
Gotta check them out. So far I'm liking The Panic Broadcast (most recent Soilwork album), though.
Yer! Rock dust light star? yer! its ok! not as good as the old stuff!
yay! a jamiroquai fan!! what other songs do you like???
im listening to this here: http://youtu.be/66389RgMF7k
I posted some Nightingale in the thread before. Two of their songs, as a matter of fact.
His most famous band, though, I think was Edge of Sanity. Or at least when they were still together.
One my favorite death metal bands of the 90's.
He also has a solo career, and sings on Star One.
Oh, I know Scar Symmetry. Though need to look up Suidakra.
Do you perchance listen to Soilwork?
Well, I see Valg every now and then. He's like an institution around these parts.
But some of the other posters I really haven't seen in a bit.
Shame, I like the things they post.
I agree. Vocal variety is nice. That's why I like listening to Dan Swano.
It does. Faster than I care for, really.
I take, like, two, three months off or something and suddenly many familiar posters have vanished. :/
I agree with the Soundgarden thing. Joe Leste sounded quite like Chris Cornell on that one.
More than he does on others. He normally sounds more like Bon Scott. XD
"Straight To Hell" (off Deuce) is probably my favorite of theirs.
It is magical. Also just realize how long I've been posting in that thread.
Because you posted Doomsday Party last year, I think.
I think it's already been two or three years for me.
You're the only one who posts Sybreed, as far as I've noticed.
I'll get to those. Right now I'm checking out the Pulse of Awakening album.
(Also glad to have been able to share Beautiful Creatures with you.
I love the group, wish they had more than two albums though.)
If you liked the Guitarist of that song, well... Michael Schenker's the guitarist for bands such as UFO (1970s lineup, I think) and the Scorpions. He's amazing. I do agree with your comparison of McAurley. xD Being into Power Metal in the past has made me used to that type of voice.
Yeah, that's what I meant. razz Sorry if I wasn't very clear, it's 0130 and I'm a bit tired.
It snowed a few days ago here and stayed until this morning, when everything magically turned into ice. >=[
Nice avatar, by the way. Looks like the sort of thing I might do, so it's got to be good. razz
