Yea, Nii-san told me she was gonna register a few days ago...so I'm FAIRLY certain she did xD

I told her the Japanese VA for L from Deathnote is there and giving autographs and stuff so she VOWED to do it soon...

But when it comes to Nii-san, no one can be certain until you hear the exact words "I registered..."
