Yeah, it's unfortunate sometimes. But you do end up getting to know some really cool people.
Sometimes even the kinds of people you probably wouldn't have talked to otherwise.

The most I've heard of the weather affecting health, is quite the headache.
I think you might not be getting enough sleep. I would recommend settling down a lot earlier than 1, say 9 or 10 maybe.
And then it'll be a lot easier to wake up at 9 or 10 in the morning. It won't feel easy at fist, because your body will be a bit confused as you're suddenly actually getting sleep.
But after a while of a proper sleep pattern; you'll probably end up feeling much better.
In case of dizziness, are you eating properly? Because sometimes if you don't eat,
like a proper breakfast, lunch and supper - you'll get dizzy because your body doesn't have enough in it to be able to keep you up.
