About

Welcome to my profile! I am PKMN_MotorMouth_Red. Please don't mind it if the name sounds awkward. The real About Me section is far below!

Pokemon Trainer in Super Smash Brothers Brawl:

Ash Ketchum, the main character of the anime. He was loosely made in Red's image.

Trainer Red is the main character of the Pokemon game versions Red, Green, Blue, and Yellow. He's also the male Pokemon Trainer for Fire Red and Leaf Green with a new design for Generation III. Red appeared in Gold, Silver, Crystal, Heart Gold, and Soul Silver in Mt. Silver.

PLEASE READ- About the counterpart issue:

First off, I may not get into whether Pokemon Trainer is or isn't Red in Brawl (despite seeing how every other character in the game IS a trophy version of the counterpart they depict and not separate characters x-x). So, I remain sorta... neutral. smilies/icon_sweatdrop.gif

"Just hand me the details!"

Red is one of many fictional characters with counterparts designed in their image. For example, not every character with the name "Mega Man" is the same entity. More specifically, different versions of the Blue Bomber, such as MegaMan Volnutt and "X", are significantly based on the original Mega Man. Another example is Spider-Man. He is more than one character. However, counterparts of the first Spider-Man (Peter Parker) do include alternate versions of the same character (himself). Miguel O' Hara (Spider-man 2099) isn't the same being as Peter in any form.

Meet The Reds!:

Red and Ash are two separate beings. (Kinda like Larry David and the Seinfeld character George Constanza!) The same for Isamu Akai, Shu (from Pokémon Get da ze!) , Satoshi (from Pokemon Zensho, not Ash by his Japanese name > <), and Red from Pokemon Adventures. Manga Red is not the first Red. The game Red is the prototype to all "separate entity" counterparts legitimately made in his likeness. Therefore, they are his legitimate analogues or gene-counterparts. (Note: The word "counterpart" does NOT always refer to a separate character.)

If you call me Ash by mistake, I will not get angry. I do not expect someone to know everything about Pokemon to be on my good side. I mean, really.. smilies/icon_neutral.gif If it's impossible for everyone to automatically know Simon Belmont had over three or more makeovers, then why even call someone dumb for mistaking one character for another (especially one designed after the other)?

Manga analogue, Red, from Pokemon Adventures:

About me:

I live in NY and do love things besides Pokemon. I make both avatar art and portraits. My goals are to become a professional writer and a great character designer. My main goal is to support a lot of people around the globe (whether they have less or more problems than I do in life. smilies/icon_neutral.gif )
