Hi there. I'm Mokutou, the wandering artist. I don't know why you're looking at my profile, but certainly you must have some reason, so I shall afford to you some small tidbits of information.

I have a tank, though since I cannot usually haunt it, I keep fish out of it when I know I can't be online. Plus, it saves my friends from having to haunt it. I occasionally go on zOMG, though it's so rare I haven't even beaten the end boss yet. I also like drawing random freebies for people, though lately I'm strapped for time, and can hardly get one going before I have to get up from the computer...

I am married to and madly in love with Sannaria, so if I'm not around on Gaia, it's either because I'm working or I'm spending time with her.

Me, NOT in a nutshell.

I go by the name Ao, usually. It's the first part of my given name.

Born in Japan, but I did most of my real growing up in the United States.

I am married to mah beautiful Sanny, with paternal twin children, Shizuka and Kazuya.

Though I'm a pacifist normally, I would fight an entire legion of bears for my family.

I have a lot of friends on and off Gaia. I come up with nicknames for almost everyone I become acquainted with.

My friends and I are in a secret love affair with steampunk clothing, but I can't pull off dressing that way, so I sit awake at night coming up with outfits for them. One day I will build a steampunk army, and rule it in a t-shirt and cargo pants.

Green tea ice cream + raspberry syrup = LOVE.

Radiata Stories, Okami, Odin Sphere, and Shadow of the Colossus. Love them. Xenosaga made me happy 'til they royally screwed it up. Okay, it still makes me happy. I just imagine they didn't royally screw it over with fan service and lameness.

I like songs in minor keys.

I like spooky, dark, desaturated things!

My favorite colors are blue and purple, and I like grey, black, and white things, too.

Give me B movies. The cheesier, the better. Even better if watched with a gathering of friends so we can jump it Mystery Science Theater style.

I don't have an art shop, so it goes like this: look at my samples, determine what you want, and let me know. If I have free spots (the amount of open slots varies), you can try to bribe me to secure one. If I'm in the mood, I'll offer to draw you right away and you can just offer whatever you wish in return, be it one gold or one hundred thousand. In a really good mood, I offer to draw avatars for *free, so it never hurts to ask what I'm up to. If you want your avatar drawn, it's a really good idea to include a tektek version of it, so I can see all the items you're wearing individually. Well, I mean, unless you really want me to leave stuff out.
*If I take forever on your commission, it's gonna be a freebie anyway.

I mostly just do avatar re-renders - I take your current or tektek'd avatar, redraw it in the Gaian style, and smooth out the colors, shading, and consistency. I also do custom "I am" critters, and when I have lots of free time, I do custom poses and original characters.
