Most people know me as Kat. I am a 19 year old student in her second semester of college. Many people know me to be an ailurophile, or cat-lover. I'm pretty smart, sweet, altruistic, optimistic, honest, and loyal. I'm kind of shy at first but I open up fairly quickly. I'm generally a happy and kind person, but I can be moody at times (who isn't). I am also quite a perfectionist and a little (and sometimes a lot) OCD.
I sew and photograph most of the time. When I'm not sewing or taking pictures, I am sketching, sculpting, painting with watercolors, or editing my work. My favorite subjects to draw or photograph tend to be animals, people, and the natural world. If I am not doing something artsy, I am researching topics I want to learn more about, playing Minecraft, and/or talking to my boyfriend (1 year and counting!) on Skype.
Favorite Sport to go see: Hockey or Baseball
Favorite Season: Spring or Winter

Four years ago there was this huge opportunity for me to work in a cruiser ship, the payment was nice and I just needed two things: The First was to speak english an the second was to swim, but I didn't know about the second. So I applied and they made this physical test to see how much endurance I had on the water. Turns out I had to be saved and was obviously turned down the job. I just freak out when the water covers my ears so I stick to the shallow parts, so hydrophobic!
What about the coast? I think that's the only acceptable place for the heat! I can only put up with it when I can feel the breeze and maybe swim/drown! I can't really swim so drown is a better way to put it lol
Of course it makes sense! Especially when you're saying that to someone who suffers with the heat every day of the year! The thing is when it's cold you can get yourself a blanket or warmer clothes and feel comfortable, but when it's hot it doesn't matter what you do you'll still sweat and feel uncomfortable! crying
Woah! That's under -10°C *shock* I've never even imagined such temperature outside before! xd The coldest we have here on the winter is 35~45F on the mountains to the south and 50F on the southeast region! My spine froze just at the thought of it but that's a good thing. Today's almost 80F here neutral (And I'm doing a lot of converting too, we use Celsius around here)
I sure will, I just have no idea if it snows in October over there... It never snows here because it's too warm all of the year. I can already imagine my co-workers face if I bring them pictures of me surrounded by snow or with a snowman!
I tried studying abroad, it didn't work out for me but from friends' words I can say it's totally worth it. As for travelling, I have to agree with you that visiting another country is not easy, I have left my country very few times and only because of work. My next vacation is going to be England in October though, I long to meet it since I was ten, I can hardly wait!
Thanks for the compliment. To tell the truth I just felt the urge to add you to my friends after seeing how passionate you are toward arts. Since I haven't the talent or the skill for arts, I'm restricted to being an admirer of those who have it and love it. Wildlife Photographer huh? It'll take a lot of travelling there!
