WUUUUT omg that is sooo freakin cool yes do it. im sure there are tutorials online that you could adapt to bucky's arm. the first one that comes to mind is Edward Elric's arm from FMA. you could see what type of material people have used for that and apply it to bucky. other possible materials that come to mind are craft foam and plastic.

OMMGGG all of those sound amazing. wow i really like Noragami too so if you end up doing Nora I'd wanna do something with you too! i dunno maybe i'd be Bishamonten??? lol oh lord i'd need to workout like crazy. well my friends back in california and i are working on delinquent sailor moon characters and I'm doing delinquent rei hino. we're basing the designs off of this fanart (https://40.media.tumblr.com/4bb5349de03837201e5395a204ade3a8/tumblr_n7f2dn836w1svikm1o1_500.png). i'd probably wear it to sabakon even without my group tbh, i just love rei's mask and spiked bat in this outfit. @_@ how would you do your genderbent Winter Soldier?
