I've experienced them before, yes. But I haven't had one in eight years because of my meds.
Still, they creep me out, even after all this time. o__e

There's different types of agoraphobia. My fear is of being outside my village. When I'm in a car away from home, I can't escape to safety.
I fear that if I have a panic attack, I'll have no place to retreat to.

You have insomnia? The best way to get some sleep is to read. That usually works for me, especially if it's something really boring. xD
