I'm probably not the most interesting person, but feel free to send me a request if you want to be friends.
Here are some basics though:
-My nickname is Milly, so you can call me that, if you'd like.
-I can be a bit naive occasionally, but not overly so.
-I can be very misunderstood at times. I am not very good at explaining myself all the time, and sometimes my motives are mistaken or misinterpreted by others.
-I am currently in college for Anthropology.
-I have Tourette's Syndrome and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, but they are only mild, so I am very lucky, and because of that I am grateful.
The trip was... alright. It was both good and bad. Key West is a beautiful place though... just super expensive. Lately I have been having a nice time relaxing and playing videogames. I've signed up for financial aid and am waiting till I can register classes for the Fall. At the moment I'm stuck. I have no idea what degree to pursue anymore.
So what have you been doing for fun when you have the time?
It's fine. I haven't been on all that much myself. I hope it was a more pleasant event? Doing anything to celebrate?
As for Banana, it's still pretty iffy and can still go either way. He had taken a turn for the worse and has darken in color, but it ends up he was shedding and he ate his skin (which is in their nature), so he is capable of eating. However, he has yet to eat a bug so we are unsure if he can hunt and mom has tried to hand feed him, but that didn't turn out well I'm afraid.
Naw, I think I will be alright. Video games and roleplaying is all I really seem to need for stress relief.
Heh, yeah, Dragon Age's scenes are just teasers, but I like wooing some of them and seeing their different reactions to my answers. I have defeated the game twice already, but have a new play through right now. Heh, I just got Zevran, but I'm trying to go for Alistar for once. Hard to resist. *laughs*
I've been alright. Poor Banana has been taking a turn for the worse though. He's gotten very dark again and it seems like he's weaker when he climbs or moves about on the wall.
Ah, So then just friendship problems? I had the same exact problem with all the friends I have made too, but I doubt it's something anyone would want to hear from me. I choose not to be close to anyone because of it though. It's lonely sometimes, but I think it's better than the alternative. Great, now I sound all negative.
I still don't have a drawing tablet and drawing and coloring with a touch pad is pretty difficult, so I don't use Sai often, but it certainly makes it easier.
As for Dragon Age, it's a medieval fantasy RPG about overcoming a blight ridden land of Darkspawn (which just look like undead demons). You're supposed to ban forces together to put an end to the war and defeat the archdemon which leads the darkspawn. When you begin you can choose how your character looks and what race they happen to be, whether it's human, elf, or Dwarf, man or woman. Each race also has some unique openings depending on what you choose. Every beginning plays out differently. Every race also has its' own culture, religion, and architecture.
What makes the game shine, however, is about at every corner, you can choose how to respond to each event and make crucial moral decisions which may affect how the game plays out. You also have a group of companions that may disapprove or approve your decisions. Each character has a bond with yours and can change on whether you give them gifts or respond to them negatively, positively as well as story decisions you choose will reflect how they treat you. You can even start relationships with some of the companions and the game is friendly with same sex couplings as well. I have to admit, a lot of the characters of your companions are very uniquely thought out.
My two favorite characters is a Dwarf named Oghren and an Elven assassin named Zevran. Heh heh heh.
Orhren Can't romance him, but he's the awesome sauce. Zevran He's my favorite character and is actually quite interesting despite how little they show of him in the trailer. He can be romanced by either male or female.
I guess I can understand that, well not in your perspective, of course, but how it could affect you. I haven't made any new friends since high school and, to be honest, I don't want to, but I digress. When you mean friendship patterns, is that just coping with trying to be friends with your ex, or is it trouble with your friends in general?
As for Banana, it's hard to say, he isn't my responsibility despite helping him as much as I could. He's my mom's and from my understanding there is only one exotic vet here and they are very expensive. I don't think my mother has considered it and with all the expenses she has been having lately, I don't think she'll be able to afford it. I still need a crown replacement and the total of getting my wisdom teeth out and the crown replacement will cost almost 2k.... I feel guilty over it.
Well.... I had watched Mushi-shi from start to finish and ended up really liking that series and attempted to watch Basara because my sister loves that series. Basara's has its' charms certainly, but it feels so silly sometimes, especially when comparing it to history and/or Samurai Warriors. Yukimura is so gay xD. Um... I made my brother watch Trigun with me and he really loved that and Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro. My sister also gave me a program similar to photoshop called sai, and I have been having so much fun coloring in pics and stuff through it... However, for the most of the summer so far, I have been playing Dragon Age:Origins, and Dragon Age 2 on my freetime. It's.... addicting.
Well it's good to hear its' helping then. Is there any particular reason you became more critical with yourself? I understand if you would rather not mention it.
As for Banana, He's a golden gecko. They're partially related to Tokay geckos which are the biggest and most aggressive species of geckos. Banana's only evil to meal worms though. He hasn't had anything to eat for a long while and his tail is getting slimmer. He'll need to eat some time, hopefully his new condition won't make it so he slowly starves.
So what have you been up to lately?
