The Conflicted Hunter
In Greek mythology, the Sirens (Greek singular: Σειρήν Seirēn; Greek plural: Σειρῆνες Seirēnes) were dangerous yet beautiful creatures, portrayed as femme fatales who lured nearby sailors with their enchanting music and voices to shipwreck on the rocky coast of their island. Mermaids are associated with the mythological Greek sirens as well.
Although, mermaids do not need to feed unless it was needed. Yet her kind and her army targeted a particular crime-lord and his ships after a mishap and tragic event occurred to cause the parties to become bitter enemies. When the crime-lord sent his best friend (which happens to be his right-hand man) to protect an important shipment, she saw her chance for revenge. Yet in a strange turn of events, the mermaid fell in love with the gangster.
Now she struggles with feelings of vengeance and infatuation...
