It's me. Whee.

A NOTE: UNLESS YOU ARE 50 OR OLDER, PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME "HON", "HONEY", "DEAR" OR SOME VARIATION ON THAT THEME. Call me old-fashioned, but I have a name (It's "Rose" or "Mental Rose") and I have a title (It's "ma'am" or "Mrs. Rose"). Call me either one of those. But you don't know me, and chances are I'm a good bit older than you, and being called honey by kids I don't know is going to send me ballistic one of these days. It's rude. Manners aren't so very difficult, and I prefer to deal with people who display them.

This is not, by the way, directed at any specific one of the number of people who have done this in the last month or so, so don't get angry and think I'm coming after you particularly. I'm not.
