Indeed~
The problems I had with my hard drives was something to do with the hardware and beyond mine or the companies control. >.<
The clicking of doooooom.
But I had the terabyte setup on the SATA II interface. >.<
I think they have SATA III out now and probably have better hardware since then and hammered out the issues, this was back years ago when USB 2.0 was still a big something.

I had a Sony hard drive the first time around, I think my second was a Seagate.

They also have really good customer service and warranties, they replaced a hard drive and mouse with the last desktop I had, I was on the phone for less than ten minutes both times.
I had the new hard drive within the business week and the mouse within like three days, so if something does go wrong they have you covered.

They usually test the machines since they hand assemble them too.

Yeah it is cool when i say it out loud, but right now we mostly handle paper work and adminstuff like that.
