After the Novella Star incident from the loss of her husband in the war in Goutosai she was led to her renewed beginning life. She was 8 months pregnant and not at all wealthy enough to provide for herself or the baby, she would wonder the streets considering jobs to partake, but none would accept a pregnant woman in work. Soon she was to give up hope until another woman came across her listening to her story as she tried to apply as a waitress in Shouin Jukusu Restaurant. The elder lady took pity on Novella and allowed her to work for her, the day shift so she could gain rest with the baby at night, she told her, "I will allow you to work for me, but in return, I shall raise your child as my own," as for this Novella had to agree, she thought it would better her child in fully. She worked the days easy enough she began to only see the inside of the restaurant, living in the quarters upstairs, not having much to pay, and not told she could not leave, she had a free will, but respected what she had been granted. She had been given a nurse to care for her in times of true need, as she was watched. One day serving the special to elderly man, she set the food on the table, only to back up and grab her stomach in pain as she cried out, as nearby people whispered then the elderly man called out "Her water broke!" the nurse at this came in a rush taking Novella by the hand outside to a nearby car that she owned taking her to the hospital in a rush. She cried out with every contraction as she could only see the snow falling outside the window, upon closer inspection blood started seeping from her clothes where the baby was coming. After that Novella star fainted, unconscious never to awake or see her beloved child. Years later a forsaken soul would be born.

A woman was born as a deviant, a rebel, seductress, alluring victims close to her. She waits in the shadows with her beauty to prey upon the unsuspecting as she grew this way, left alone in the streets, no family since the massacre, no one for her until she stumbled upon a man that turned her over, that flipped her upside down and around and made her regret the horror she was, and fight to be something better. Old age of 20 still remaining immortal though, with such experience, a prodigy of her time, able to sniper a man from a mile away, and able to read thoughts, see through things and into your mind, lost in the world until found, she knew nothing better than her rebel life. A key around her neck gave her the power of a mystical kind, given to her by generations before her containing their souls, guidance, reassurance and guard, and also having its own ability. She is beyond what most know, or care to know, just a mishap living once more to make the worlds chaos her own and taking in every misery and loathing with care, and smiles, she is that of the evil kind in the back of her mind, but to five people alone, she is someone else, someone better than herself, and someone trying to fit in. She has given most of her life to be who she is now, still ashamed of her past and her feelings now, she must cope to control herself and her deadly urges or once more she will succumb to the nature that is her other half, not seen for hundreds of years, there is another part of her, dormant and waiting until that one point awakened and uncontrolled rage, yet that time has not yet come, but someday she knows it shall.

Jade had gone through so much the past few years, losing and gaining partners, but at this point she'd been alone for the past few months, no new clients, though she wasn't truly searching. She felt the need to renew herself and further her training. For a least a month alone she'd stayed in the alps of Tibet training with monks learning to control her anger a bit more but to still allow herself to keep her wit. She returned to her hotel with new staff, she decided to hold a staff meeting to get to the bottom of it. She got to her hotel penthouse suite only to find most of it clean from the shambles that she had left it in after the incident with Noburu. She blinked back tears in her eyes recalling that faithful day all those years ago, thinking back recalling everything that had happened. In her mind things revealed her memory of the past as she stared into a mirror nearby.

It had been a good month or so since Noburu the fallen angel had seen Jade and his heart ached for it. Not only did he feel ill for loosing contact with her, but he had felt guilty for leaving when he did. If he would have known that she would disappear he would have chained her to his side…or something to a dramatic effect where he wouldn’t lose her. In the span of time for which she had been gone, he took on more work, so that his mind would not travel so often to her. It barely ever worked, but at least he was being productive throughout his mourning process. What better way to deal with one’s unexplainable emotions, than to bury them until one was ready to comfort them? He had passed through the park many times, hoping that perhaps by some off chance he would find her sitting there, waiting for him as he had for her. No such luck…

It was another rainy day and again he had forgotten his umbrella, the streets were near empty. Not that he cared, a little bit of rain never hurt anyone though by population you’d think it had, except this was a little more than usual, it was a down pour. He sighed; removing his silver frames from his face he tucked them into a pocket gently. They were of no use to him when wet, his jade orbs illuminated slightly and he stood still there was something abnormal in the surrounding area and as of late he couldn’t take much of a chance in his guards being down. Having demons and the like after him, he wasn’t much in the mood for pleasantries; after a moment of thought and surveying the area he continued on his way. Noboru decided to slip down an alleyway as to not allow one to get the upper hand in enclosed spaces.

He never did know that at the time Jade had been kidnapped, abused and tortured, she missed the old days, as she sat in the chair, tied and gagged, bloodied from the bruises and cut all over, she contemplated just angering them wishing for a quick death, the Yakuza had found her once again, normally it was a faster thing than usual, it had been so long since she had come in contact, and they had used chloroform to make her unconscious while they brutally tortured her, she had thought about Noburu every day since then only to remember he wasn't there. She hated herself for allowing emotions to weaken her sense of guard, for falling so easily for a trap set out before her. If she'd ever find the boy that tricked her, she vowed she'd dismember him swiftly, that was one of her many revenges set in her heart. Every waking moment when she did realize what had become of her, more torture was instilled upon her by the Yakuza, this time her eyes were wide with surprise from a nightmare only to awake to gather more of some chemical to deepen her cuts and stop her blood from clotting at least it seemed though these men were smart, they kept her supplied with fluids through needs shoved in her body only to allow her to live through this torture until she knew no end.

"We aren't done with you yet wench, we decided after getting word from the tops that we should leave you living a few more years and then get you when you least expect it again...learn respect...pfft."

He laughed and spat on her, her face pale, bloody, and battered, as her hair was drenched and greasy, she'd been there for a week, held captive for what seemed like months, starving, and only given a bit of food and water to be kept at the brink of living, they picked her up by her chair and threw her into the side alley of the building, shattering the chair on the cobblestone, and leaving her there to rot as her body was weak, she tugged at cloth in her mouth, leaning up, only to see a figure approaching, she looked closer, it almost looked like Noburu, she stood up, stumbling and weak walking to get closer to it, and as she got so close almost to touch him, she whispered through bloody, dry, cracked lips before collapsing, "...You must be... a dream..."

His thoughts began to ask questions he couldn’t answer, such as ”What could possibly have become of her?” or “Why did he make promises, he may fail to keep?” he continued on down the alley submerged in his thoughts until the sounds of something hitting the cobblestone brought him back to reality. His jade optics gaze forth at the slumped figure, it looked like death warmed over but he still couldn’t make out the details, beyond the crimson stained, bloody mess that this poor soul was. He advanced towards her as she stood up and stumbled, though he could not see her as much her figure of a woman well aware but a blur when he heard her words, his heart nearly sank. It was Jade! As she collapsed he caught her, not allowing her to touch the ground again, he scooped her up in his arms with the utmost care. She was hurt too badly for him to waste any more time, his massive white wings materialized and he took to the skies. He held her tightly, so as to keep her body warm as they continued to ascend.

It wasn’t long before they reached the destination, his house. Landing on a second story balcony, his wings vanished as he stood; opening an unlocked glass door then entered a bedroom. He moved over to the bed laying her upon it gently, he reached into the pocket he had dropped his silver frames in and pulled them out, returning them to their place upon his face. He finally was able to see just how much damage had been done; his features became grim as he sat down on the edge of the bed next to her body. A moment later he brought a hand up to hover a few inches over her form. It began to glow in a dim white light—all visible wounds she had began to heal. He sat for a moment after completing his task, just watching her. How could something like this have happened? He was furious that someone could do something like this to someone he cared about, but then again one never thinks anything will happen to those close to their heart. But he was one that should have known better. He shook his head in a disheartened manner, as he then noticed the blood stains that painted his white attire.

Jade breathed softly as her eyes fluttered, first seeing the white ceiling, and not knowing where she was, she could remember so little, except she had seen him. Noburu, she remembered and whispered to herself, still not seeing him, "...a dream..."

She felt hot tears stream down the corners of her eyes, she felt better, and healed, but she didn't know why, just that she hadn't noticed Noburu, and it hurt her to know it might have just been a dream and that she longed for him, she leaned up feeling a little weak from lack of food, her vision blurred until sharpening, blinking back the tears seeing Noburu at the edge of the bed, she scrambled on her hands and knees and tackled him with a tight embrace crying harshly, "Noburu! How did you find me?! I am so sorry..." she cried as she felt such sudden strength to move but the quickness of it leaving her as well as she nearly fainted.

He sat quietly as she began to stir, allowing her to catch her bearings and not shocking her with his presence. Although when she realized he was in fact at the edge of the bed, he found the wind escaped him as he was suddenly tackled by her and tightly embraced. Luckily he kept his balance and did not fall off the edge. Doing his best to comfort her sobs he embraced her gently, her heart racing, he closed his eyes for a moment. He thought it would be a good idea to clue her in upon her whereabouts, as he was sure the information would settle her a little and no doubt was far better than where she had been before.

“Don’t be sorry…you have nothing to be sorry for. Jade...forgive me for not being there...” He spoke softly to her, reassurance in his statement. If anyone of them was to apologize it was him, he was the one that failed to keep his promise, he was the one who had been with her when the horrific events she had suffered, feeling that if he'd been there it would have never taken place, he felt guilt on so many levels. But for the moment, he tried to push those feelings aside and spoke again.

“You’re safe now; you’re at my place…” He paused. “As for how I found you, fate seems to have crossed our chains of destiny, yet again…” His clouded eyes once more opened to view her form. “You shouldn’t be up just yet, if you like I have prepared food for you...I can bring it up to you…” He questioned, he was truly concerned for her and as always it shown in his eyes.

She nodded, feeling a bit crusted from the remnants of dried blood on her face and body and in her hair "that would be lovely, but also, might I be able to take a bath or shower?" she felt ashamed at how she looked and reeked of filth from the alley and streets and the place where she'd been held captive. Noburu looked at her gently, his eyes looking at hers, only able to see into them and nodded softly, "Of course you could take a shower, let me get you a towel," he said as he stood releasing her gently as to keep her comforted as he made his way over to a closet grabbing three towels in case there was much to be taken off her. "Here the bathroom is right through those doors on the left," he pointed as her eyes followed his fingers.

She stood behind the door of the bathroom, holding the towels in her arms before looking in the mirror, the cuts and bleeding were stopped, but her face was still bruised, black eyes, bruises all up and down her body, whip marks on her back. Tears came flooding from her eyes as she leaned down into the ground, muffling the noise with the towels. Noburu heard the muffled cries as he stood outside the bathroom door listening to her, he hear a dripping noise looking down he noted a blood stain on his shirt that seemed to be growing, he wasn't one to feel pain so it hadn't occurred to him that the process of healing her could have a negative effect on him. He knew these wounds were untreatable but he could at least hide them from her for now. He rushed off, taking the sheets and his bloodied clothes away to wash as he went to a spare bathroom taking a first aid kit out and placed a layer of Ace bandage on his chest where the cut seemed to appear, he wrapped around it about 3 times to allow a hold of time it looks at least about an hour in a half, though it might be sooner if the cut was internal as well. He placed a dark shirt and a jacket on so Jade wouldn't see and finished making her a nice breakfast before heading back to her.

Jade had stopped crying, her eyes hurt far more than usual after a cry and stepped into the shower after placing the towels on the counter, allowing the water to warm, even the little bit that had touched her feet made her feel it's warmth as pink-brownish water rushed beneath them carrying along blood and dirt. She finally turned the top shower part on dodging it before it struck her in surprise, she slowly reached to touch the water as it ran through her fingers, the heat steaming into the top of the shower she slowly walked into the water as the water turned dark red going into the drain. She scrubbed hard all over her body, feeling as though the blood stained her skin and dirtied her body. She washed her hair at least 3 times and washed herself about 5 times, her heart ached at the position she was in and she sat down finally on the tub floor just allowing the water to run over her sore body. She finally stood up turning off the water and stepping out drying herself, her hair still wet but rung out. She stepped out and found Noburu looking a bit pale "Are you alright?" He smiled and nodded showing her the food he prepared. She was delighted to see food, though she knew it might make her rather sick to take it all in, she smiled thanking him and sat beside him eating slowly.

Jade tried to swallow everything down with strength as she felt the food thick in her throat. She didn't like the fact she couldn't enjoy the taste. It was rather rough on her but she didn't want to offend him, she sighed softly trying to relax and lose the tension in the air. "I'll have to go back to the hotel and workout some things, I've been gone for so long so I'd hope they are doing alright without me."
