then dont get physical, fast. It's that easy. But if you don't put your foot in the door, someone else will. Physical is more like, kissing, touchy feely stuff. opening the door and buying her some food is going to give her the right impression without thinking you're gonna be "one of those guys"

by all means, don't let it happen man. pick yourself up, and be assertive. Tell her you want to ask her out to a semi-nice restraunt (that you dont work at), and youre paying. It'll officially be a date, then as you're walking back to the car, open the door for her. Sweet stuff like that, she'll get the hint and it's not too pushy. I want you to work on it though man, it's up to you to make this a success.
