HELLO EVERYONE! My name is Hannah but I go by "Shark Girl"

I am a blooming (primarily--deep sea) shark scientist and oceanographer. I am currently in college getting ready to transfer into university. My life's dedicated to the research and conservation of our oceans and sharks. My greatest hero is Dr. Sylvia Earle "her deepness".

I am getting back into anime and mangas again after falling out of it for 5 years due to a busy life, lack of T.V. or desire for it when I did have it. I completely slipped out of it for this time and now I am bringing this piece of me back around with the help of my Japan assignment for my Humanities class.

The assignment calls for watching at least one episode of an anime, writing about it and sharing why I think it is so popular in the U.S. It wasn't until we got this assignment that I became reminded of what I lost touch with; this love for watching anime and reading through mangas.

Here I am! I am looking forward to 'meeting' people and finding my way back in. Feel free to add me on here and say hello!

Shark Girl's return to Anime

I have been out of touch from the anime loving world due to many personal circumstances. It was thanks to a Humanities assignment on anime that I became reminded of all that I lost touch in that I enjoyed. I love to watch anime and read the manga's.
