About

Well, first off, my name is Kristin. I'm a girl, and I'm Canadian.
I won't share my age, that's not really something that needs to be put here. I'd say that I'm somewhat of a nerd, but my definition is probably much different than how you'd describe it, and definitely far from the stereotypical type of nerd. I'm very much into comic books, mostly Batman, Superman, and Spiderman. I find delight in being alone to do what ever I desire, mostly to watch movies, draw, or play my bass. Music is my passion, it's what keeps me going. I'm not just saying that either. I have quite a bit of musical background. I've taken part in a talent show, an open mic, and that is soon to be two open mic's. I played the flute for a year, and have taken up the electric bass, which I started with in early July. I have a passion for singing, it's like breathing to me. I have a very diverse music taste, and don't really have a genre that I stick to, but I must say that I lean heavily toward the rock genre. I find today's music horrid, Nicki Minaj, Lady Gaga, and the like, their music just annoys the hell out of me. Some of my favourite bands/ singers are : Theory of a Deadman, Three Days Grace, P!nk, and Eminem. I could go on forever, but I won't. I love movies, most in the comedic genre. A couple of my favourites are : Coraline, Kick-a**, Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World, Stepbrothers, Alice in Wonderland (Both Tim Burton's and Disney's) and Grown Ups. I'm an Atheist, never really bought into the whole, 'God' thing. I haven't anything against people who believe in 'God' though, I just prefer to stay away from talking about religion. I'm generally very opinionated, and have a wide range of likes. As for dislikes, I really have a thing for literacy, illiterates really get under my skin. I hate ignorant, or stuck up people, y'know, the ones who act all cool and like their all that and a bag of chips. And the thing that bugs me the most has to be those types of girls who wear skimpy clothes, think their better than everyone else. I know these seem stereotypical, but there's lots of people like that out there. That's pretty much it I guess.
TL;DR : I'm a very complex and diverse person.
