Heh, an intelligent girl, though perhaps one I'd regard as a bit of an over-achieving conformist. Oh, well, we'll just have to hold off the wedding for when I'm more suitable for you and to your liking.

My apple cider recipe that you can use for making hot spiced wine is here. Looks like I'll need to post a revision entry sometime within the next couple months, since I want to omit the Granny Smith apple, reduce the cloves and allspice berries, add a couple (not four) star anise, and use light agave sweetener instead of brown sugar or maple syrup.

Aww, that's right, it's fall up there! I'm in Australia so I've been waiiiiiiting for Spring! It's supposed to be Spring but it's still chilly... sad. I miss warm weather! But yes you have amazing taste haha. heart
