I spent 4 1/2 years there and had more hours than most people! I think that deserves some type of degree! rofl Even if it is just a general studies degree, I would love to be able to go to J-Day as a Judson alumna. RIght now, I still get knots in my stomach when I visit because of all the junk I went through in the education department. I really don't want to have to face my old supervisor from student teaching, or anyone else from the department. It makes me sick just thinking about it.

I have completed everything I was supposed to complete to get my degree. I completed my student teaching with a pass/fail. I'm not sure, but I want to find out from Judson if I can get my degree. I really really hope I can, because I REALLY REALLY want to be a Judson alumna.

I'm actually wondering if I can just go ahead and get my degree without doing anything. You see, I was talking to some people who went to UAB, and I found out that there were some students there who failed or dropped out of their student teaching who got their education degrees from UAB, but they just didn't get their teaching certificates. If UAB does that, then I wonder if I can convince Judson to let me have the degree that I earned.

Btw, I just realized that I've been on Gaia for 5 1/2 years. @_@

I'm going to the board of education tomorrow, but I don't know how long it will take to get me into the system. I will need to contact Judson for my fingerprints, and I will also have to wait until they have a training seminar for new subs. I really need to see if I can get my teaching degree from Judson since I completed all of my coursework. If I can sub with an education degree, I can make more money.

I see. I would try to do it at least two or three days before the end of the month just to make sure, because I didn't get my confirmation e-mail until the money cleared in the bank.

Btw, I'm having no luck with the job search, so I'm going to become a sub. xp I think I can handle middle school and high school. I'll try my best anyway. sweatdrop

I have a serious problem. I am WAY too addicted to knitting. I was at my mom's school tonight trying to help her set up for registration, and she asked me to get a box of art supplies for her. Inside the box were two skeins of low quality craft yarn. Within minutes, I had two ink pens in my hands, and I was knitting with that low quality yarn and getting pen ink on my fingers. rofl Knitting with cheapo pens worked surprisingly well.

True! blaugh It might also be kind of hot wearing an outfit like that. confused I don't know. I'm going to explore my options a bit more. I would love to be able to just order a cosplay outfit, but I don't have the funds for that.

I'm going to watch the second season of Hetalia now. It's still being made, and there are 18 episodes out right now.

Oh! And if you didn't know, Dew just had a little boy! heart

Now that I think about it, Gokusen is extremely obscure eventhough there is an anime, manga, and J-Drama for it. I guess it never really caught on in the US, but it is an amazing series! I'm just watching the J-Drama, and not worrying with the anime and manga. Btw, did you know that the same actress who plays Yankumi plays that detective/reporter lady in Untouchable?

Lucky Star isn't quite as random as Cromartie High. I would put it in between Cromartie High and Azumanga Daioh on the random funny junk scale. My favorite character is Konota (the one with the blue hair) because she's a complete anime/manga junkie. xd
