A snide young businesswoman with a short temper who insists on doing things her way. She enjoys fine literature and can often be seen with a book around or in hand; she particularly finds interest in dictionaries. She talks like a man and tries to act tough and 'cool', although she really isn't as strong as she insists on being. As a child she was found by Arthur in the ruins of Londinuim dating back to 43 AD lurking around a burnt abandoned tower; which caused Arthur to spot the child and take her in for the time being. Eventually, she leeched herself onto him enough to compromise herself as a capital, later becoming a whole Region.
For some reason London was kicked around quite a bit as a child, constantly being fought over like she was up for grabs when she really wasn’t. ( At least in her mind ). Her whole life she was kind of put off by being victim to quite a few traumatizing disasters, Despite that she is still one of the most cultural and business metropolitan spots throughout history; competing rather harshly with New York to be the best at things. Now-a-days she constantly brags about how put-off and unique from the rest of England she is, and calls herself a neighbor of Arthur, although she practically still lives on the same property of his. She seems to know a lot about other cultures, but isn’t too open of it. She enjoys music, fine art, drinking, and telling people that they’re wrong. She always seems to be busy even though she looks to be a bit of a slacker.
Appearance:
London has medium-long very light brown hair pulled up into a messy high ponytail which is usually visible from her front view with choppy even bangs that sometimes get in her eyes a bit and two small loose locks of hair left out from her ponytail beside her cheeks. There is a rose hair-pin always on the side of her head representing the City of London, which is the core of the London Region, and the capital of England. London has two fly-aways at the top of her head representing the two famous bridges going across the Thames river in the city; one of the fly-aways is longer than the other.
She wears small pearl earrings because she think they make her look more “ladylike”
Her eyes are dark green and usually they look glazed over and bored
She had near thick brows, resembling her connection with England.
As far as uniform goes, London wears a loose white collared shirt which isn’t buttoned to the top button tucked into a Ww2-like belt with a silver buckle. Her sleeves are usually rolled up to her elbows. Over top of her shirt she wears an unbuttoned green vest, with a breast pocket on one of the top sides of it. On the vest under her breast pocket there is a small insignia of the Queens crown. There is a loose black satin bow around her neck ( instead of a tie ) in the collar of her shirt, but usually overlapping her vest. She wears a short British school-girl like plaid green skirt which is almost the same colour of her vest. Under the skirt she wears black stockings that cut off right at the bottom of her skirt. Her shoes are black loafers with a small silver buckle on them. She also wears black gloves, like England's. Often she is found holding a book or pocket dictionary.
