^_^ well, hard work has gotten me so much farther than talent. im glad i dont have a soft body XD
yes, most definitely! for pointe it is optimum to have at least 2 ballet classes. i think at this point im sore pretty much every day XD
it doess its very very nice *_*
Alright smile
i've had a lot of trouble too, as i am not born with a huge arch.. my toes are barely beneath as well
i think what helps me a lot in general is just keeping my body right and remembering all my corrections. with the right support in your core it takes some pressure off your feet
and its very difficult for me to get on my box as i have a small arch, but i just try hard and point and straighten my knees- it really helps.
my feet do too! i have blisters and bruises all over.. theyre pretty ugly. but yeah you can use your core to take some weight off your toes.
after pointe i roll my feet over a golf ball it feels really good, and i soak in hot water if its really bad.
WHOA yes i love ballet!
wait, are you already taking pointe? one year can be very different for different people, it really depends where you're at right now smile
mostly what pointe requires is a lot of strength in the core and ankles/legs, and an arch big enough to get you on pointe, so if you're lacking in any of those then exercises would be good.
what kind of techniques are you practicing on right now? mrgreen
