P.S One more thing...a good song to represent teen's is "MIRROR" By Barlow Girls! You know "Mirror mirror on the wall, have I got? Cuz mirror you've always told me.....who I am. I'm finding it's not easy....to be perfect. So sorry.....you wont define me, sorry....you don't own me! WOW!!!!!! Mark...that.....wow.....I didn't know you could write like that, none the less even felt that way. But it's good, and your right, Almost all teen agers become opssesed thinking that their not perfect, or aren't pretty enough because everyone els say's they aren't. Which is far from the truth..... but it's sad b/c 3 out of 5 teen girl's will iether starve themselves, make themselves vomit, or take drug's to lose wait. This isn't right...so I totally agree with you Mark, it's better to live your life then to opsess over your life!

P.S James What THE HELL man....that picture from Bleech????? UH Uh! Ya Mark and me kiss....but we don't get all intement like that. Though I will admit, Mark being so tall and everything does make thing's a bit more fun....lol but I like it. Idk but I happen to like feeling shorter then him....for me it just feel's natural! Being short I mean...James I swear if you twist any of that I'm gonna hurt you...LOL!!! Teen’s people think that it’s good to always look “perfect”. They are wrong because your education is the only thing that is going to matter in a few years. The way you looked won’t mean anything. Other teens should wake up and realize that before they figure it out later. Teens should stop worrying about what they look like.

Teens self-esteem are low because they try so hard to look good and forget how to enjoy life. Their emotions about you beliving that you need to work so hard to look good makes you stressed and sad. Like if they went to the mall or somthing with such low self-esteem youd feel like your the odd one out wich will make u even more depressed because aparently you "don't fit in". You would also feel stressed because you would most likely going to think about it most of the time.
Even with t.v , people use famos people to advertise saying somthing like this "Everyones using it , so why dont you use this skin cream". This effects what you will do and what choices you start to make from then on. It's not totally fair that some people are "perfect looking" and some are "ugly looking", but it's life and thats what you should realize. Again , If you constantly worry about how you look and what you should look like , will destroy part of your life in general. So just go enjoy your life and don't worry so much about it. Even if people say somthing , just be comfortable with your body.

Worrying about how you look is not good because it can destroy your social life, self-esteem and can determine what choices you make. Why do people try their hardest to look good just t be accepted? What would happen if we all looked "perfect"? People strive to be attractive because our society seems to be full of attractive people. We only think this because of advertisments, commercials and such with good looking people always stared in them.
Teens judge themselves by the only ways they can see themselves, through mirrors and photographs. Teens belive they are not as preety as others and belive they are "ugly" because they are not as attractive as others. There are better things to be worrying about then just how you look all the time, even though this is a natural reaction. If you don't stop this it will most likely destroy your self confidence take a negitive effect on your social life. They want to jumo on the "good looking train, because everyone else is doing it" and they feel left out.
