((Hi, I saw you on the forums! I am also a first soprano but, in high school. I was wondering what are you majoring in? Because I intend on majoring in vocal performance or double majoring in vocal performance and music education when I get to college and was wondering what auditions for such is like? And how heavily weighted they are for admission. And other tips for singing would help a ton since I intend on trying out for All State this year.))

Sounds like fun. Question: I know you haven't take the Animal Science class yet, but how sure are you that you want to go into that field? Just curious.

They'll probably tell you this, but try to get out and socialize. Universities where they have people on campus try and make ways for you to make friends. It's okay to study, but try and reserve some time to go out and socialize. Also, if you can keep your dorm room open. Some people will randomly pass by and say hi.
