Then she was probably hacked. I rooted my computer to log back on. I have never been banned, and I heard others can log on with other accounts even if 1 is banned... She is most likely hacked. Go to the forums and search "Hacking Report" and give her the link. She has to wait about 3 weeks to get a reply. Also, she must do it within 20 days or it will not work from the time of the hack. Good luck!~
Oh~ One more thing, she can try filing a "Ban Ticket" so she knows why she was banned. Or, if you was hacked, file a "Hacking Report". I got my account back this way, and If she can prove she didn't do anything wrong, she can get it back.
Tell her that it's probably because she made a mule account called Virus Scanner Staff and someone probably reported it, which linked to her main account, I'm sorry to hear she is leaving.
