yeah, theyve also got some perma cash equips for some characters, which doesnt happen super often, or they did when I was on a few days ago.
I havent unlocked her fourth job yet, Ive been lazy, but Im close!

hes easy enough to get, Ive got him, never play him.
Mari got her 4th a little while ago, Ley got hers recently.. i think the rest have had since I started except Lime and Rin.
dunno about guy characters, but theyll come out eventually an each job is pretty much equally powerful at whichever level, even with Lire, who I main, I just use her second job and shes 72 on my acc.

oh yeah, i think her second job like JUST came out, they were having an event prior to today in celebration, I think my Rin is 20 or 30 something.
but yeah, its a pretty straightforward game for the most part.
did you check out any other characters?
