I like drinking coffee alone, and reading alone.
I like riding the bus alone, and walking home alone.
It gives me time to think, and set my mind free.
I like eating alone, and listening to music alone.
But when I see a mother with her child, a girl with her lover, or a friend laughing with their best friend, I realize that even though I like being alone, I don’t fancy being lonely. The sky is beautiful, but the people are sad. I just need someone who won’t run away.
Welcome to my page. My name is unimportant; if you care enough to know about me, I will gladly tell you once you ask me kindly. I am a twenty-something of the double X chromosomal persuasion living in relative isolation in a small town in America (the South to be exact) with my family and a small army of animals. I am very much in love with my sleepy-beepy jumping bean, Mistah J, my Glasgow smiler, my future husband and father of our children. I am currently not working due to disability. Ask me politely and I might tell you why. I am now in uni part-time but will be full-time by next year.
I roleplay sometimes. It's one of my many vices, if it can be described as a vice. I write in my spare time, though I wouldn't dare call myself a poet or a writer. I enjoy video games, especially those video games made by Bioware, for Bioware claimed my soul with Mass Effect and the one Dragon Age game I played. I am very nerdy and enjoy science, theater, reading, singing, and playing tabletop RPGs, though I am on a tabletop hiatus due to having no friends who game in the area.
Call me a sinner, a saint, a muse, a distraction, a genius, or a fool, for I am all of those things wrapped up into one compact little bundle. If you wish to get to know me more, feel free to comment me or to drop me a line. I don't bite... hard.
