Alright, let's start with the basics. My name is unimportant, unless I tell you other wise. So just call me kirabirdy for now. I am seventeen years old and I really don't know what I want to do with my life yet.
I have wavy-ringlet-y, red hair. But it isn't actually red. And I hate when people say my hair is orange because it doesn't even relatively look close to the color orange. I read a book once-- Across the Universe by Beth Ravis. It's good. Read it-- and one of the main characters was described and she sounded like she would look a lot like me. She was described to have "sunset hair". So that is what I'm calling it. I have sunset hair and boring green eyes that are the color of moss. I am really pale and dusted with freckles. I know what you must be thinking: Holy shite she's a ginger!
Well, yeah, I am. Get the flip over it.
I can play guitar, but not very well. I love to sing, and apparently I am good at it. I love to make art-- paintings, drawings, sketches, doodles you name it. Except pottery; I hate clay. Too messy for my liking.
I love music. Like-- you have no idea. I mostly listen to Indie Rock, but I'm not prejudice against other genres of music. Except country. I hate country. Some of my favorite bands/artists (in no particular order) are:
Foo Fighters
Bright Eyes
The Neighborhood
Cage the Elephant
The White Stripes/ Jack White
The Black Keys
The Beatles
Elliot Smith
Bon Iver (I'm not a hipster wannabe; don't hate me)
City and Colour
and Coldplay... just to name a few.
I read a lot of books. Like, the amount of books I read is unhealthy. I do have a life though, I just prefer books as company rather than people most days. My favorite book series are: The Mortal Intstruments by Cassie Clare and The Wolves of Mercy Falls by Maggie Stiefvater.
You must be really interested in me if you have read this far. Kudos to you.

I don't really know what else to say. I'm generally a very open person and kind to almost everyone. Don't be afraid to talk to me.
Hope you have a good day, guys!
