Weaknesses:
*Super Sonics: Due to his increased hearing sense he is vulnerable to high frequency noises, that will render him unable to focus and cause him immense pain.
* Lowered Intellect: Killer Croc's mind, once possessing above average intelligence, has now lessened greatly due to the specialized Metagene created by Hush and the Mad Hatter to advance his physical appearance and abilities. Granted he's not stupid now, it's just that when anger he goes into a bloody rage where he cannot think straight. He still has the ability to craft and devise large schemes but it's when he's in the action he tends to go bonkers.
Waylon Jones, born with a form of atavism that imparted him with reptilian traits. His parents grew to loathe their child's hideous appearance and brutal behavior. While still an adolescent, his father abandoned him in the wilderness. Croc survived, becoming a remorseless sociopath.
Jones was born with a condition resembling epidermolytic hyperkeratosis, a disfiguring skin disorder. However, it is actually a form of regressive atavism, meaning that he has inherited traits of ancestral species of the human race, such as reptiles. This condition has been augmented by the presence of a metagene. Consequently, he has several extraordinary physical abilities relating to his endurance, strength, and speed.
His skin is hardened to the degree that it is nearly impenetrable to ordinary forms of abrasion including high caliber weapons fired from a distance. He possesses a degree of super strength; for example, he was able to tear a bank vault door off of its hinges with minimal effort. He has demonstrated regenerative powers allowing him to heal and restore lost limbs and teeth. He possesses superhuman reflexes and speed, especially while he is moving underwater. Killer Croc also has an enhanced sense of smell.
Notable Crimes:
*One of the most significant of atrocities that Croc committed was the murder of Joseph and Trina Todd. Their deaths would inspire their adoptive son Jason to take up the costumed role of the second Robin.
*Notorious sociopath Ra's al Ghul engineered a massive breakout of Arkham Asylum, freeing all of the patients, including Killer Croc. In exchange for their freedom, the prisoners agreed to help Ra's with a scheme to confound the Batman. Croc's roll in the plan was to break into Wayne Manor and abduct Bruce Wayne's butler Alfred Pennyworth. Croc had no idea what connection Pennyworth had to Batman, but he executed the deed without question.
*He went on a brutal murder spree that claimed the lives of several members of the Paretti crime family operating out of Gotham's waterfront district.
*Croc attempted to find a cure for his condition, but when this failed, Croc ate the scientist who tried to help him.
*Croc was one of many super-powered villains led by Deathstroke who crashed the wedding of Green Arrow and Black Canary.
The look of my Gaia Avatar is based off the "Hush" Killer Croc. Mutated to look even more like a Croc than ever.
How I Role Play Croc
Croc to me is misguided more than evil. Like the Penguin he is disfigured, and a hard childhood lead him to do some pretty nasty things in his past. With Tommy Elliot's injection of the metagene into Croc, that only made his appearance worse. Croc has over time embraced his appearance, and despite often being ruled insane by the courts is fully aware of the crimes he commits and is by all means sane, but very angry.
Croc is also still very human, despite what others may think of him. This element allows me to be more than just a devolved monster of a man who on occasion eats people. My take on Croc is that he is rather Jealous of normal people. They're allowed to love, feel, and hurt. People look upon croc as if he is just a monster, when in fact he can love, fear, and hurt like you and I. This makes him tragic in my eyes... cause if you were born with a form of Atavism that made you into a crocodile monster man, that would really suck.
Also, I am not stuffy about who I RP with. You can be a comic book character from any company either DC, Marvel, Dark Horse, whatever. Are you an original character of your own design? I'm game! Long as you aren't made up of win. I like a fair fight. Y'know losing isn't always fun... but really, I'll take all comers. We don't even have to fight even. RP conversations, meetings, whatever. I am RP crazy.
