1. AT HOME TATTOOING.(where someone is a pro/not a pro. and does someone/there own tattoo(s) at there or someone else's house) AKA not in a sterile clean well lit environment. In my eyes the people who do this sort of thing need to be shot or have an overtly large black tattoo done across there face that would be very difficult/impossible to remove.
