Lol of course you can't see them now because my profile is in Classic version at this moment. Remember everyone can keep two versions of profile pages, Current (often abbreviated as V2 profile) and Classic ( V1 profile). I probably won't switch back to my Current anytime soon until I done my Classic.
The click tabs element can be achieved in Gaia. But unlike the one in CSS-tricks where the radio button is used. You have two options in Gaia profile:
1. Utilize semi-permanent transition like this profile: http://www.gaiaonline.com/profiles/kgroup4/36992957/
Instead of using :hover, you use :active instead. The bad news is, there won't be any transition when switching between tabs.
2. For current profile only, you can utilize badge panel; It is quite complex since it requires you to calculate the position of HTML generated by the badge pop-up which used to trigger the tabs. There also plenty of limitation compared to first method like you can not position the click tabs in random places. But it allows for better animation and also easier to code once you get through the calculations needed.
If you have seen my profile's Current version. The side click tabs is the example of this second method.
