Kaziila is a princess from the Old Kingdom Tarth. Her father died in a war against the New Kingdom. Sense the war, the Old kingdom has started using the new technologies that the new kingdom was creating and infusing it with magic, so that they may be abe to over power the new kingdom completely. Kaziila left her kingdom, to hunt down the General that Killed her father and search for some personal resolutions in her life, including the disappearance and reappearance of her mother, who now has a new home in the country, where she speaks of strange things and refuses to acknowledge her position as the Queen.
Kazilla has 4 brothers, and 2 sisters, Her eldest brother, Edar is the current king, he is a scholar, level headed and best suited for being a diplomat. The twins, Lars and Nicolai, are nicknamed the Twins of Death, as no matter what battle they enter, not a single person they see will survive. Lars is the hot headed one and relies on Nicolai to insert reason into diplomatic situations.
The youngest is Fredris, He is only 15 be still has promise to be the greatest magician in the world He dedicates his whole days to perfecting his Craft.
Her sisters are Chai and Chamomile, named after the Queens favorite plants. They are another set of twins, the youngest in the family at age 8. They live with their Mother after the death of their Father and again refuse to acknowledge their position as princesses.
