Katie is a person of interest

I'm Katie Bell, former Gryffindor chaser and now chaser for the Holyhead Harpies! Team spirit, yeah ^^ This season on the main team. It's awesome.

And just to clarify, I am NOT going out with Oliver Wood. Gosh, he's 3 years older than me and he's just my former Quidditch captain. Sheesh... And I'm pretty sure that he has a.... lover. A certain Weasley brother... but I've said too much. ^.~

I have kids but they're out of school. Laurie and Maxwell. And I'm not married >> *grumblemutter*

I'm sad to say that I am very accident-prone, so please keep sharp objects away from my face. I've managed to have bludgers whacked at my head multiple times, got singled out by Peeves to pelt ink pellets at my head, have Peeves pour a whole thing of ink on my head, got a nosebleed from Ron when he threw a quaffle, and I once wound up at St. Mungo's by accidentally touching a cursed necklace. Great. Ooh, and remember "those third years" who plastered frog parts on the ceiling in potions by accident once? That was mostly me. ((Book 2))

What I like: Quidditch, teambuilding, friends, sarcasm, country music (don't look at me like that), badly baking things, messing around with the kids, musical GENIUS, the many magazines I subscribe to and more ^^

What I hate: Accidents, bad milk, sore losers, bad team players, being older than I feel, lack of humor, creepy clones of Ginny and people, losing things, and the scary creepyness of iPotter (well, that's more like something that just frightens me).

They returned to the common room, which was empty apart from a half dozen seventh years, including Katie Bell, the only remaining member of the original Gryffindor Quidditch team that Harry had joined in his first year.

"I thought you'd get that, well done," she called over, pointing at the Captains badge on Harry's chest. "Tell me when you call trials!"

"Don't be stupid," said Harry, "you don't need to try out, I watched you play for five years. . . ."

"You mustn't start off like that," she said warningly. "For all you know, there's someone much better than me out there. Good teams have been ruined before now because Captains just kept playing the old faces, or letting in their friends...."

An ink pellet whizzed past them,
striking Katie Bell squarely in
the ear. Hermione watched
Katie leap to her feet
and start throwing things at Peeves;
it was a few moments before Hermione
spoke again and it sounded as though she
was choosing her words very carefully.
...
Hermione bit her lip and did not answer.
The bell rang just as Peeves swooped
down on Katie and emptied an
entire ink bottle over her head.
