It's okay!

No one broke into the house or even attacked our networks. We did hear that one of our relatives had surveillance around the home because somebody tried to break into their house until they heard the dog barking nonstop, scaring them away.

Our internet and TV services can be clunky at certain times, especially if it gets super windy where we live, but we did recently get new internet routers because we needed to switch out our old ones to prevent hackers from targeting us. Heck, we even had to get some better firewall to ward off potential cyber attacks.

We heard that more cyber attacks are going up during the pandemic and people are trying to take advantage of it to steal more funds and info from various people, so we're trying to be one-step ahead even with security systems to ward off possible trespassers.

Yeah, that's why I've decided that it's probably not the right job for me if I can't have good internet. Where we live is just crappy every once in a while

I was also planning on some job like that... work from home by any means of customer support, or however they do it.

Except, my internet can get crappy sometimes, so I'll have to do a bunch of temporary part-timers until then

I don't blame you.

I only go outside once in a while, which is walking around my neighborhood or in other cases... either limiting my visits with relatives or just going grocery-shopping. Currently, we're in an indefinite state of Phase 2 when we should be in Phase 4 by now, or at the very least Phase 3. And yet, cases are still rising.

Lately, I had to leave my other job due to this whole pandemic, but I found a seasonal part timer. I just can't stand being holed up in my own house for too long.
