Have you read Notpia? xd It's creepy porn basically. But the style is pretty impressive.
There's also Kami no Kodomo, which is basically about a socio/psychopathic killer.
And Sakura Gari is a good one for the psychological genre if you haven't read it.
All of them are psychological yaoi. Notpia and Kami no Kodomo are both kind of ero-guro, but Sakura Gari isn't.
For non-yaoi Serial Experiments Lain is a good one probably I haven't seen it but I want to

I've read J no Subete, some of Doukyuusei, Barairo no Hoo no Koro, Breath of Copernicus, and the "His Left Eye" thing in 2 Shuukan no Adventure. 4laugh

But I've only read as far as the updates are on the free manga sites, of course, so technically I haven't technically finished most of them.
