Physically: Tall and lean, most muscle is surprisingly in his legs, and he knows a few martial arts comprised of kicks. Right arm was cut off. He knows about how to use just about any weapon, maybe not with great skill, or simply can't wield them well missing an arm as is... but he knows weapons. Well.

I'm perfectly prepared to believe he has an unhappy life. If he was well-adjusted, he would probably be capable of making a reasonable character that didn't habitually steal the spotlight by force. I could say more, but it would all be mean.
